Apple Tree wants to help individuals who don't have dental insurance and can't afford the full cost of care by offering a simple way to lower the fees and help you receive the dental care you need.
It's not another type of payment plan. This is a program that reduces the fees you will be charged overall, based on your income and family size.
Eligibility is based on your income and the number of people in your family. As of October 1, 2025, all uninsured individuals may qualify for up to a 25% discount by applying. To determine if you qualify, fill out a short application and submit income documentation. Apple Tree staff will determine which plan you are eligible for. As of October 1, 2025, seniors aged 65 and older without insurance coverage are eligible to receive a 5% discount without applying. To receive an Affordable Plan or senior discount, payment is due at the time of service. Annual renewal and re-evaluation is required.
