Apple Tree’s patients include adults, children and families, residents of long term care nursing facilities, low income, people with disabilities, and others who have serious dental needs. We accept most private dental insurance plans and offer Affordable Plans to ensure everyone can receive the care they need. In meeting an essential part of our mission to provide care to those with dental access needs, we also accept patients covered by state healthcare programs.
We have eight Center locations in Minnesota and mobile clinics serving more than 145 skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, Head Start centers, and group homes around the state.
