Kaitlin is an Advanced Dental Therapist. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of South Dakota and a Masters in Dental Therapy and certificate of Advanced Dental Therapy at the University of Minnesota. She began working in the dental field in 2015 and joined the AppleTree Dental team in Hawley in 2017.

Originally from Elkton, South Dakota, Kaitlin says that she became interested in dentistry because as a child she had a lot of work done on her teeth. She always felt comfortable in the chair, so those positive experiences led her to want to provide the same type of care for others. She adds that she loves being able to interact with patients and help make a difference in their health.

Kaitlin is a member of the Minnesota Dental Therapy Association.

Kaitlin resides in Detroit Lakes with her husband, Timothy, and their dog, Magnolia. She enjoys reading, restoring furniture, doing house projects, going to the lake, and attending sporting events.
