Dr. Mogensen started working as a dentist in 2018 after graduating from Marquette University School of Dentistry.  During her time in dental school, Dr. Mogensen headed the collaboration between Marquette Dental and City on a Hill to provide comprehensive dental care to underserved people in the Milwaukee area.  After graduation, she completed a General Practice Residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in 2019 and subsequently began working at Apple Tree Dental.  Her undergraduate experience includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette.

Working with people and helping patients improve their smiles and reach their individual goals are the main reasons that Dr. Mogensen was drawn to the field of dentistry.  As a dentist, she loves getting to know and making connections with patients, and learning each person’s motivations for wanting a healthier smile.  Dr. Mogensen has a particular interest in patient and family education, oral surgery, pediatrics, hospital dentistry, and restorative dentistry.  She is part of the Minnesota Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Mogensen currently lives in Minneapolis, but she loves watching Wisconsin sports, especially the Green Bay Packers.  She also loves watching and playing soccer, going hiking, biking, and traveling, and exploring restaurants in the Twin Cities.
