Neal received his associate of Science degree from North Dakota State College, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University, and completed his master’s degree as an oral health care practitioner from Metropolitan State University. He began practicing as a dental hygienist at Apple Tree Dental in 2002.

Neal enjoys using his preventive and restorative dentistry skills to help patients improve their overall oral health.

Outside of work, Neal enjoys volunteering at his church doing campus ministry and bible studies, spending time with his family, and sports.  Neal lives near Fergus Falls with his wife, Tammy, and four children.
