Dr. Brugger received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Concordia University in St. Paul.  She then received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.  In 2019, Dr. Brugger joined the Apple Tree Dental team.

A passion for science and art is what brought Dr. Brugger to dentistry.  She loves working with people and helping to restore their confidence in their smile, and enjoys the way that there is always a new day with a new problem to solve.  Dr. Brugger is passionate about getting to know her patients and helping them overcome their dental fears.

Dr. Brugger has a special interest in geriatric and special needs populations, and she loves doing fillings and working on her oral surgery skills.  She belongs to several associations.  These include the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Special Care Dentistry Association.  Her volunteer work includes Special Smiles.

Dr. Brugger currently lives in Dover, Minnesota and she married her high school sweetheart in September 2019.  In her free time, she loves to read, spend time with friends, and obsess over Disney and Marvel.  Fall is her favorite season and she is always ready for coffee!
